My work and projects.

My name is Sebastián E. Encina. I have been a museum professional for over 25 years. I have worked in museums of different size, discipline, and budgets.

In addition to museums, I have also worked for and with organizations that support museums. My work has centered around providing people with the tools, skills, and resources they need in order to succeed.
